By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require a physical signature.

You may use this website only if you are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, that is, at least 18 years of age and of sound mind. If you use the website on behalf of a company or firm, you confirm you are authorised to do so and to bind that entity to these terms.

Descriptions of workspaces, capacities, inclusions, amenities, photographs, floor references and indicative terms are provided for information only. They are an invitation to enquire and do not constitute an offer, a lease, a licence, a reservation or a binding commitment by Accordhub.

No workspace is reserved, and no tenancy, lease, sub-lease or interest in immovable property arises, until a written workspace agreement is executed between you and Accordhub and the required payments are received. Availability is not guaranteed until then.

Rates are not published on this website. Pricing is quoted on enquiry and depends on the workspace, your team size, the term and the services selected. Any quotation is valid only for the period stated in it and is subject to availability. Goods and Services Tax and other applicable taxes, levies and statutory charges are payable in addition to the quoted amount. Terms such as the applicable security deposit, notice period and payment schedule are set out in the workspace agreement, not here.

Accordhub provides serviced workspaces on a licence-to-use basis. A workspace agreement grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use a designated workspace and shared facilities for business purposes, for the stated term. It does not create a lease, a tenancy, an easement, a partnership, an agency or any right, title or interest in the premises, and it confers no right of possession. You may not assign, sub-license, share or part with the workspace, or hold the address out as your own premises beyond the uses permitted under the agreement.

You agree that the information you submit through this website is accurate, current and complete, and that you will keep it updated. We may contact you using the details you provide, including for marketing communications, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business information or third-party data through the enquiry forms; use a direct channel with our team instead.

A 1-Day Pass is offered free of charge, is subject to availability and confirmation by our team, and is limited to one working day during our business hours. It may be issued for a single visit per prospective customer. While on the premises you must comply with building rules, access procedures, the visitor register and our staff’s instructions. Accordhub may decline, reschedule or end a visit or pass at its discretion, including where a visitor behaves inappropriately or where operational requirements demand it.

The Accordhub name, the Accordhub logo and monogram, the names Brihaspati and Kautilya as used for our workspaces, and all text, photographs, layouts, graphics and design elements on this website are owned by or licensed to Accordhub and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial use in evaluating our workspaces. All other use, including reproduction, adaptation, distribution or use in any competing listing or marketing material, requires our prior written consent.

Photographs on this website show our actual workspaces at Kailash Tower. Furniture arrangements, equipment, finishes and capacities may change over time or be adjusted to suit a customer’s requirement, and lighting and lens perspective may affect how a space appears. Photographs are indicative and do not form part of any agreement. We recommend a walkthrough or a 1-Day Pass before you commit, so you can see the workspace as it stands.

This website links to third-party services, including WhatsApp, Google Maps and accordhub.in, and may embed content such as maps or virtual tours. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of it, or any described workspace, amenity or offer, without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accordhub, its directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, business, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising out of your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability in respect of a workspace is governed by the workspace agreement and any limits stated in it.

You agree to indemnify and hold Accordhub harmless against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of this website, or any unlawful or unauthorised act by you in connection with it.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms and explains how we handle personal data, including your consent to receive marketing communications by call, SMS, email and WhatsApp.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the dispute resolution clause below, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of or in connection with this website or these terms.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties. Failing that, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Jaipur, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. The award shall be final and binding on the parties.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remainder will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire terms between you and Accordhub in respect of this website.
