A private serviced office gives a growing team its own furnished, fully managed room in a professional building, without the capital, the fit-out or the vendors that come with a traditional lease. At Kailash Tower on Tonk Road in Lal Kothi, Accordhub Workspaces runs two such offices on the fifth floor: Brihaspati, which seats 10, and Kautilya, which seats 15. Taken together they accommodate teams of up to 25.
They suit founding teams signing a first office, small agencies and consultancies that need a setting they are glad to bring a client into, sales and project teams that present and collaborate, and companies opening a Jaipur presence without wanting to build an office to do it. A door that closes, a room that belongs to one team, and a reception that greets visitors are the difference between a serviced office and a shared desk.
One monthly invoice covers the space and the services around it: electricity, high-speed Wi-Fi, a pantry with unlimited hot drinks and handmade tea twice daily, free basement parking, 24/7 security and CCTV, daily housekeeping, lockers, and access to the lounge and library. Biometric access, IT support, printing, reception and visitor management, and mail handling are included as well. A virtual office for company and GST registration, a dedicated service manager, biometric attendance and extended lounge access are available on request and quoted with your plan.
Plans run month-to-month, or for 3, 6 or 12 months. There is no setup fee and GST at 18% applies. Rates are not published because every requirement is different; tell us your team size and term and we will put a plan together and share it quickly.
Tonk Road is central and accessible from all parts of the city, close to Lalkothi, C-Scheme, Tapri Central, Central Park and Jawahar Kala Kendra, and well connected to Jaipur International Airport and Narayan Singh Bus Stand.
